Pablo M. Kanterewicz biographical note

   Mr. Kanterewicz, Business Consultant in Organizational Development, Human Resources & Quality Management, received a Master of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Birmingham, UK. and a Chemical Engineering degree, from the National Technological University of Argentina.

   His consulting practice covers a wide spectrum of customers, ranging from small family owned businesses to Fortune 500 companies, non-profit organizations and the Public sector.

   In the Organizational field his services include the analysis and diagnosis of organizations, alignment of organizational structures with business strategy, as well as the design of Managerial and Human Resources Systems.
From 1992 and until 2001 he led a large organizational development project, under the supervision of Dr. Elliott Jaques.

   He is a member of The Global Organization Design Society, a not-for-profit corporation registered in Ontario, Canada to promote the establishment and operation of a world-wide society of business users, consultants and academics interested in science-based management to improve organizational effectiveness.

   He published articles in different specialized media and made presentations in many conferences and congresses.

   In the Quality Management field his projects include the design and implementation of Quality and Continuous Improvement Systems aimed at achieving world class operations.

   He acted as Judge of the National Quality Award of Argentina, from 2001 through 2004 and was Lead examiner in 2006.

   Throughout his career Mr. Kanterewicz has held both managerial and professional positions in Acindar Steel, Monsanto Co. and Dow Chemical Co. in Argentina.

   Mr. Kanterewicz is currently Professor of Organizational Development in the Master Program in Quality Management at the National Technological University in Buenos Aires.

   He was Professor of Quality Management in the Master Program in Human Resources at El Salvador University of Buenos Aires and Invited Professor in several postgraduate and masters programs.
